Q: When is migration day for Email, Chat, and Meets?
A: June 7th
Q: Will my email address change?
A: No
Q: Will SMS be an approved 2FA method going forward.
A: No
Q: What will transfer?
A:
- Google Gmail
- Emails: Yes
- Labels: Yes
- Email Rules: Yes* - Rules will be deactivated in Outlook and will need to be enabled manually.
- Google Calendar
- Google Chats
- Google Meet
- Meetings: Yes* - Google Meet links will stay in the calendar event. The event organizer will need to update to Teams meetings after migration.
- Google Drive
- Sheets/Docs in Google Drive: No - All content in Google Drive will not be accessible after migration. Move data to Box prior to the migration.
- External Content Shared with you: No - Please download them and save them to Box before June 7th.
- Sharing Permissions: Anything you upload to Box will need to be re-shared with your desired group.

Q: How will I access Outlook(Email) and Teams?
A: Your Okta will have an icon for Outlook and Teams.
Q: How will I get email on my phone post migration?

Q: How has the process to request access to email on your phone changed?
A: Your phone will no longer need to be approved to access email; you just need to enroll it.
Q: Will I still be able to sign into a Chromebook or any account that I have used my Google account to sign up for?
A: Yes
