Non-Employee Access to WHC PointClickCare
In order for external users (Non-WHC Employees) to have access to PointClickCare, they need to request access via a digital form. After submissions the form will be reviewed by the compliance officer.
Please instruct the provider or external user to fill out the following form.

Access Request Process
- User that is requesting access fills out form.
- Form is reviewed by compliance officer.
- If access is granted, login details are created by IT and sent to the user.
- Access is renewed monthly by WHC Sponsor
- If access is not renewed, IT will deprovision user automatically.
